Full Proposal Clarifications:

Question: In the sheet cash (grant and partner) contr., do we indicate the total cost of the key activities for each month including salaries?
Answer: Yes but the salaries that go in this sheet are only for non-permanent staff as full time staff salaries can only be reflected as in-kind contribution.

Question: For the sheet in kind contribution, should the grand total equal our total in-kind contribution?
Answer: Yes.

Question: In the expenditure categorised, should the grand total amount to the total grant amount?
Answer: Total amount should be grant+cash contribution.

Question: Do we count the initial 20% disbursement as milestone 1?
Answer: The initial 20% should cover all the activities for Milestone 1.

Question: Did you say permanent staff salaries are not included in the budget? Must we then allocate to permanent staff the value of the work they are doing for the project? Is this amount entirely part of the in-kind contribution?
Answer: For permanent staff, the full amount is entirely part of the in-kind contribution and should be reflected in the in-kind contribution excel sheet and only for the value of work that they are contributing to the project.
