Prof Irvin Mpofu
Prof Irvin Mpofu is currently the Acting Pro Vice Chancellor for Academic affairs, Research and Administration at the Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe. has a PhD in Animal Science (Animal Mineral Nutrition) from the University of Pretoria and BSc Agriculture Honours in Animal Science, MSc Animal Nutrition and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. He has 26 years of experience in higher education in 3 countries; Namibia, Rwanda and Zimbabwe. He led a BioFISA II funded project to develop an ash-based mineral-vitamin block lick for livestock, optimised by linear programming.
