SAAFoST Northern Branch is hosting a webinar titled "InnoFoodAfrica: A project to co-develop locally-driven plant-based value chains for more sustainable African food systems, healthier diets and export opportunities" on 3 March 2021 at noon.
Join us for a first discussion on the InnoFoodAfrica project and the role of the SA research team in the project. In three short presentations, project experts will highlight why Sensory Science inputs are essential to provide answers for stakeholders at various levels of the food value chain, to supply food products that are health-promoting, appealing and acceptable to consumers.
