Simona Grande is a researcher in the Food Innovation Programme at The Future Food Institute in Italy. The institute’s goals are stimulating and supporting world-class disruptive innovators, boosting entrepreneurial potential and improving agri-food expertise. The Food Innovation programme is a three module programme centred on creative learning and design thinking from ideation to prototyping. Simona’s research is on Global ethnographic research on innovations and signals of change in the food system, working with a variety of global partners. Simona holds two MScs in International Business and International Management. Her interest is on transformation and disruption innovation in the food industry across the whole value chain.
