She wants to solve the problem of waste of organic residues in the crustacean processing industry (shrimp shells), in order to produce an additive that will promote the conservation of seasonal fruits and increase the time of fruit consumption by diversifying the their mode of consumption.

The products intend to bring to the consumer an alternative to the consumption of products with chemical additives, brings a natural response of conservation of fruits and vegetables, not to mention that it increases the diet of the consumer, healthier products.

She therefore intends to produce fruits with natural coating and fruit juices from each season, preserved with a natural additive.
