She has developed a combination of yoghurt and maheu fermentation of which she calls Yorgheu. The beverage is enriched with the precursor of vitamin A i.e. beta-carotene and it targets the scarcity of the vitamins in the elderly and actively growing children. The product comes as a wholesome package of supplying a quantified value of vitamin A in its rightful amounts to the target age groups and also the benefits of it being a fermented product which renders it an easily digestible beverage which contains probiotics.
